Excellent Conference Room Experience! We recently hosted our meeting in the conference room and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary technology — including a reliable projector, strong Wi-Fi, and easy-to-use audio equipment. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our event. They helped with setup, provided refreshments on time, and were always available if we needed anything. The environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for focused discussions and presentations. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and parking options, which made it easy for all attendees to arrive on time. Overall, I highly recommend Serena Hotel for anyone looking for a well-organized, stress-free venue for meetings, conferences, or workshops. We’ll definitely be returning for future events!

Where do I begin?……. When my son decided to get married in Miami, I had the task of finding the perfect hotel. I searched high and low until I discovered the beautiful Serena tapestry Hotel. I knew my search was over, especially once I reached out to the sales manager, Daniel. He was so extremely helpful from the moment I spoke to him I knew we were in good hands. We made plans to come down and visit the Hotel as well as the venue from the moment we stepped into the lobby we knew we made the right decision the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Daniel asked me to let him know when we were arriving. He met us in the lobby and escorted us to the restaurant and bar area Upon our request. The rooms are tastefully decorated The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower is giant. The bathroom was very roomy. We decided on a suite so we had a couch, an extra TV and a kitchen area as well as a full-size refrigerator. It was perfect for our large family. I also want to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff who kept our rooms beautifully made up daily. From that moment until this past Wednesday when we all departed after an amazing six days of celebrating our son and daughter-in-law, along with friends and family, Daniel was there every step of the way with all of the requests all of the questions he would respond within moments at all times of the day and night thank you Daniel for every single thing you did for us for making our stay so wonderful and even though we live almost 4 hours away, we already planning to come back to visit Because of your wonderful service It has become one of our favorite tapestries and The Serena is at the top of the list because of you. I want to give a shout out to some of the amazing staff. We met Christian, who is an amazing bartender. He not only remembered our names from our visit from June and August when I walked in this past week, he called me by name. Remembered my son was getting married and asked how we were doing. Miguel at the front desk, Karina in the bakery who also helped every morning we were there with breakfast. She served with a smile and I know it got really busy at times and she still smiles and also remembered my name. Julio was fantastic at the bar. We had the opportunity of meeting Richard. He also was there if we had any questions and we so appreciated it. There are so many more . You have built a beautiful team and you should be proud. The Serena now is our home away from home. We will be staying there before our cruises out of downtown Miami and when we just need a little getaway, we will be jumping in the car and heading to this gorgeous hotel. We ate almost every single day. The breakfast was outstanding. We had cocktails, not only at the bar, but by the pool and we had late night snacks in the restaurant almost every single night. The service was excellent. The pool area was serene, and even though we were in the middle of North Miami, you would never know it. The pool deck was so peaceful but also A lot of fun! So the next time you are struggling to find a hotel in Miami, don’t hesitate in booking this beautiful tapestry hotel. It is 20 to 25 minutes from downtown but so worth the drive or uber ride. There are so many beautiful restaurants close by the Aventura mall is a must and a quick trip you are in the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Again, a big shout out to Daniel and his staff. We truly appreciate all you did for us and we cannot wait for our next visit. We are already planning it.!

We enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. The staff at the desk was kind, but the food options were limited on property and the pool wasn't open one night. The location was pretty close to where we needed to be, especially for the Dolphins game. There are lots of things to do nearby, too. The room was large and cavernous and the bed was a bit hard, but comfortable. A second chair would have been nice, as would housekeeping service (only serviced the room once in a weekend stay). Parking fee was a bit much (at $32 per night), but lots of hotels in the area have one.

Nice value and convenient location. Beautiful modern artistic design and decor. Spacious clean rooms with very high ceilings. Large showers and nice bathrooms. Lovely but small pool and lots of outdoor seating areas to relax around pool. On site restaurant and bar. Quiet and set back from main road. Very friendly and helpful staff! Parking garage on site accessed with room key.

This hotel was amazing!! I loved the food. The room was amazing. The shower pressure and bed wow! I would say to come here. The person that was nicest to me was Richard Smith. I saw him talking to everyone being nice and kind! I would definitely recommend this place for you if you want a place to stay and have a great time and it is local!

Stayed here during my recovery period after surgery. The location was very convenient — a medical center is right nearby, there’s a pharmacy downstairs, plus a sports bar and a nice restaurant on the 6th floor. Parking for cars was easy and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and the whole hotel felt calm and cozy, which really mattered while I was recovering. I’d definitely stay here again if I need to be in this area.

Lovely hotel the staff friend kind and accomadating. The hospitality was exceptional. All positives! Stayed here for a wedding and everyone with the wedding felt the same. Breakfast was delish especially the coffee. Even the lunch and dinner items so good. I will go back and highly recommend to friends.

We had an excellent stay here. Miguel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, loved the pool and bar area. The room was very clean, comfortable and update and parking was easy to get in and out of. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
